All our delivery costs are calculated based on total weight, which includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

• All products are manufactured and shipped from our production facility in Pakistan.
• We primarily serve customers in the United States and worldwide.
• No handling charges & taxes are included for all items
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• We aim to deliver your order within 10-20 working days.
• Made-to-measure, custom-made, and back orders may take about 4 to 6 weeks to complete and be shipped after all the details are confirmed.
• Please ask for the manufacturing & delivery time for custom-made orders
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
• FREE worldwide shipping is offered on all orders above $249
• Please provide a contact number with your shipping address for the courier company.
• You may be asked to pay import duties or customs taxes in your country/territory; we have no control over it
• In some countries, customs clearance takes longer than in others. This can cause a delay in delivery. We request that you wait a few extra days if this situation occurs
• If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fees incurred in the process.

• Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services.
